Affordable Haus W Concept by Kraus Schönberg Architects, Haus W is a prefabricated house was built for the circle of young families that are affordable, energy-efficient concept House. If our budget is limited, these prefabricated House can be an alternative. the House was built for young couples or small families. So the design of a low energy House, which has a separate section between the upstairs and downstairs. space upstairs were used as bedrooms, with many functions made adjustable in height according to wishes. Each room as a bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and a room for children, created with different heights, and space for areas of life.

Part of rooms on the upper floors, is designed to be more orientated with views over the garden, as well as the atrium.
